About The Packard Companies
When Michael and Carrin Goldstein purchased Packard in 1998, they had no intention of doing business as usual. Having worked together six years for a national hotel and property management company, they shared not only a passion for the industry but also a vision of a better way to do business - not just collecting a fee, but earning it.
Beginning with only two employees, two HOA's, one hotel and a 500-square foot San Diego office, the two conducted business in exactly the same manner as they do today - total commitment to every client, never compromising integrity, setting the bar high and then moving it even higher.
Since 1998, Packard has expanded to become The Packard Companies, a full-service, turn-key operator encompassing three divisions, twenty-five hotels, twenty-one associations, fifteen commercial projects, one of the largest marina in San Diego, and over 800 employees. All are united under Michael and Carrin Goldstein's singular vision of working harder, working smarter and creating value for every client through personalized service.
