As with every service provided by PHG, our Project Management strategy involves planning our work and then working our plan. Beginning with a Product Improvement Plan Survey (PIP), we assess and indicate valued capital improvements, determine the scope of work, and then coordinate design, budgeting, fund control and all of the myriad details related to an improvement project. We promise not only a thoughtful, personalized approach, but also the flexibility to discuss and direct customer demands.
