Packard Management Group is an owner operated full service management company that is dedicated to service. PMG provides the following services to your community:

Management
  • An experienced property manager is assigned to each Association
  • Attend all regular and annual board meetings
  • Prepare and distribute board packets
  • Work orders are processed, recorded and tracked
  • Complete regular property walk-throughs to assure vendors and
    service contractors are performing their duties and the property
    is maintained as mandated by the CC & R’s
  • Provide vendor selection and bid procurement at no additional
    cost to the Association
  • Regular communications via written reports, email, telephone and fax

Financial Management
Our experienced staff is well versed in property management bookkeeping and utilizes state-of-the-art hardware and software to provide on-time, accurate records of every financial transaction. We are prepared to assist with budget preparation and analysis and we handle your billing, collections and escrow requirements.
In addition to your monthly financial statement we include a detailed budget variance report to highlight issues of importance, note any extraordinary income or expenditure and provide an easy to read overview of the current months activities.

  • At the request of the Board, we will obtain bids for insurance, make the premium payments and maintain all documents
    * Assessment collection and delinquency processing and tracking.
    * Process payables three times per month.

  • Seasoned professional property managers oversee your property’s
    total operation
  • When appropriate, we screen, hire and supervise on-site employees
  • We can provide complete payroll services and administer benefit programs
  • Ensure compliance with all government and State regulations

Maintenance Supervision

  • We solicit bids from experienced, licensed and insured vendors
  • Assist in defining the scope of work
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance staff. Prioritize maintenance
    calls and work orders
